This is a beautiful duet of country artist superstars Don Williams and Emmylou Harris of the song “If I Needed You.” This is a song written by Townes Van Zandt. Emmylou Harris and Don Williams did a cover of this song as a duet and was released in September 1981 as the first single from Harris’ album Cimarron. The song reached #3 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart and #1 on the RPM Country Tracks chart in Canada.
